The alert arrives when somebody phones, and by then the ring of onlookers has closed, traffic has stopped and the patrol walks blind into a street with thirty people in it. What arrives is not a bare alarm: it is the camera open at the moment it happened, so whoever receives it can confirm and decide what to do.
Does IRIS keep the video of the fight as evidence?
IRIS keeps the clip of the incident, with the camera and the time, and it can be exported. How long it is retained and who may access it is set by your organisation in the configuration.
